I had a wonderful time at this hotel, especially enjoying the beautiful balcony with an amazing view of Brienzersee. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, although the location was a bit tricky to find from the train station. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of local products. The facilities were excellent, making my stay very comfortable.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms provided an amazing view of stunning Lake Brienz, and the staff, Sonja, Lindsay, and Mira, were extremely attentive and helpful. The service went above and beyond my expectations, making my experience top class. The location directly on the lake was incredibly convenient and incredible. The dining experience was great with a large selection, and the facilities were pretty nice. Overall, I loved the whole setting of the location!
